Bill for American Organizations to Help Americans In Poverty or in a State Recognized Marriage or that own property too have the option to not come under Government or Non-Government Social Experiments For One Year and to give Americans an option to work towards an open representative government that limits active social engineering experiments.

This bill is to help an American or couples that have been living at or under the poverty line for 5+ years break from the cycle of poverty as well as prevent those cycles from developing by state and non-state actors' experiments. It also gives married couples the right to put a group over them for a year that has the authority to break the state or non-state sponsored social engineered experiments. Finally it allows property owners to test and work toward an ongoing permanent representative system that allows them to define when and how county, state, federal and how any one else can pursue active social engineer experiments (not passive social studies) with their reputation, body, and mind or those on their property.

Again this bill is to protect Americans from social or other types of experiment related to racism, extreme multiculturalism, extreme tribalism in or outside the government that infringe on religious or political convictions that define the social norms of . And to protect a for-profit organization or non for profit organization from being misrepresent as burdening the local, state or federal assistance government programs

(1a)The method for Non-for Profit or For Profit organization helps an American that are at or under the poverty line
A (None for Profit or for Profit) organization can subsidize an American Citizen by first establishing a 1 year plan so that they earn a certification or a on the job skill where they will not be in the same financial situation again for the next 5-10 years. The organization will help the American Citizen find a job with a company willing to be led by a cognitive and electronic environment that represents the Organization and the American Citizens’ religious, political and cultural lifestyle. The job is not required to pay the Citizen living at the poverty line a certain amount; they pay the American Citizen whatever he or she negotiates to get paid. Housing if needed will be picked out by the American Citizen within the budget of what the American negotiated to get paid and the subsidized weekly pay received from the Organization. The Organization will predetermined a value to be paid hourly based off end of the year career goal. End of the year career goal is the amount of money they should be able to negotiate after training or completion of a certification. The organization during the year that they are helping will subsidize them to simulate that type of income for developing a budget. The formula: Organization Subsidized Pay (ex $10 hr) = One Year Training Pay or Certification Negotiated Pay (ex $26 hr) - Current Negotiated Pay (ex $16 hr). The Organization with the Supperiser Committee has the authority to give the company that works with them for a year a tax break of up to 10% if the company makes less than 5 million a year, up to 2% over that. The tax break is determined by the supervisory committees. Additionally for property owners they have the right to skip the Organizations helping them financially and focus on getting a supervisory committee set up for one year.
(1b)The American that is helped is required to payback the help received or be exposed to normal government social experiments for a year.
The American pays back for the help through building a business that hairs at least one person for a year within 1 to 7 years and pays them equivalent to what they received weekly for a year, or makes agreed upon payments set up by the supervisory committee over a 1-7 year period toward the subsidize pay received from the organization and part of the tax brake the company received that year that hired the American. If a property owner skip getting financial assistance then there is no need for the committee to require them to pay anything back
