- El Gigante has to be one of the most terrifying and unique bosses I have ever come across in gaming. When I first faced this monster, it was nearly impossible to beat! Will Leon be able to beat this monstrosity or will he become a "Leon Sandwich".

- According to the Resident Evil 4 Wiki:
" El Gigante was first produced from human test subjects during Los Iluminados experiments on the mutational effects of the Plagas on their hosts. Though they proved to be exceptional as bio-weapons, they became difficult to control and were a danger to Ganados."

- Speed
- Virtually unstoppable
- Giant Las Plagas on back
- Able to ram Leon
- Able to grab things to attack Leon
- Deadly grab, punch, and kick
- Sometimes will throw a rock at Leon
