The truth about the courts! Legal vs Lawful.
They are not the same.

Without an affidavit or minimally a complaint, signed by a victim, under the penalty of perjury by a living wo/man, you are not lawfully being accused of a "crime".

A crime requires corpus delicti.

Body of the crime.

The state is never the victim.

Unfortunately, the average wo/man has no idea what a lawful complaint looks like.

Unfortunately, the antichrist Roman Civil Statutory Law that has been imposed upon us has dumbed us down so much that people have no idea what they're looking at and what they're dealing with when faced with an arrest.

I have a dozen J6 so called warrants/indictments on my desk and NONE OF THEM ARE LAWFUL.

What they are, is a collection of an FBI agent who geo targeted people's phones, then searched their clouds, found selfies, and accused people of US Code "crimes" which,

1. Don't pertain to living wo/men.

2. There is no victim.

3. Which means no living wo/man signed an affidavit under penalty of perjury that the accused harmed them.

​Unfortunately, society has been so programmed by fake TV shows that just because the police accuse you of something, it's being done LAWFULLY in the proper due process.

It's a racket because the average person does not know how to address it.

Take a listen to this member of the Inalienable University who two years ago was accused of "attempted m*rder" by his ex wife, who did NOT SIGN a complaint under penally of perjury, did NOT GO to the hospital for medical care, DID NOT leave the home in fear.

​She simply called the police after an argument, told the officer her story, and the officer signed the complaint under penalty of perjury that the story was true, although he was not a witness to it.

That is not remotely lawful.

Then the clerk of the court signed the affidavit under penalty of perjury that the story the police officer gave HER was true!

Say what!

In the two years this case has been in limbo, it's been downgrade to misdemeanor assault.

Our member refuses to acquiesce to this charge, and neither would I.

They are the best friend under the Common Law.

Notice how they simply won't answer him and just try to get him into their little secret contract.

Oh just plead guilty to this charge, pay $500, and go to anger management.

In the meantime, he's now divorced and moved on with his life.

But the detriment is there's a mugshot of him on line, and I've got paperwork hopefully launching today to remove that, as another member had success when the private for profit civil servants are provided with threats to their bonds for operating outside their qualified immunity.

Legal is what you agree to and then do not honor the agreement.

Lawful, is what is under the umbrella of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, & SCOTUS rulings pertaining to private rights.

The more you know!
Never accept their papers at face value.

Always challenge jurisdiction as a living man when there is no affidavit under penalty of perjury signed by another living man against you.
