The BEST holiday appetizer and gift | Quick Green pepper jelly from FROZEN PEPPERS #homesteading

This is a QUICK and EASY recipe for pepper jelly! If you have frozen peppers this is a great way to use them up. You can also substitute fresh peppers and follow the same recipe!

Recipe below:
3 cups chopped green peppers (or red, yellow, orange or a mixture)
1/4 cup jalepeno peppers (use more seeds if you want it spicier), or hotter peppers if you want it spicier
1 Cup apple cider vinegar
6 TBLS of pectin
5 cups of sugar
