"Offensive Information Operations" aka Fake News is VERY REAL

Matt Taibbi broke some news last week when he discovered what the government refers to as "Offensive Information Operations" aka manufactured news items to shape public opinion. People who aren't idiots knew this already but it's nice to have proof.
