3 tosp cold water (45ml)
Bloom gelatine for 5 minutes
200ml milk
300ml heavy cream
50g sugar (4 tosp)
1 tsp vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
Strawberry sauce 50g strawberries
3 tbsp sugar (40g)
1 tosp lemon juice
