For the caramel sauce
40g sugar (3 tbsp)
1 tosp water
1.5 tosp hot water
Custard pudding
2 eggs (M/L)
30g sugar (2.5 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml milk
100ml heavy cream
