Peace and Safety for Jerusalem?? Not yet! Observations from Zechariah and Revelation

Why is the tiny country of Israel, about the size of New Jersey, such a stumbling block for the world around it? Why do the surrounding Arab nations, with so much land of their own, want to push little Israel into the sea? Why the anger and hatred? When we listen to current events today it may be hard to comprehend that one day Israel will be the ruling hub of all civilizations. It won’t be because of THEIR might or power… but because of their Messiah, Jesus! Jerusalem will be filled with the glory of Jesus and peace will abound because the Lord will rule with a rod of iron. The shining city on a hill. The Lord has had a purpose for Israel since the very beginning. Satan has tried to thwart God’s plan by causing men’s hearts to turn against the Jewish people. But God has not forgotten His elect.. His chosen ones. He has a special time set aside to turn His focus BACK to Israel. When is that time???
