The Grubby Gardener, maximising food

I grew beetroot and instead of cooking and using I replanted in baskets at home. Positioned in a sunny spot, in my sitting room, the roots continue to provide a regular harvest of leafy greens for salads and stir fry. I've maximised my harvest and accessed a bounty of fresh leafy food.
