Post-Conditioning Pressing: Strength-Skill Work

Following my bike and midsection work I got into some heavy pressing beginning with incline dumbbell doubles
-
Despite being more than warmed up from my previous conditioning bout, I did 2 lighter sets of 5s to “grease the groove” before getting under my working weight
-
I did 10 total sets of doubles, owning the weight for most of them. There were one or two reps where I lost my tightness and the hips came up slightly. Regardless, this was a lot of volume for a heavy post-conditioning session on empty so I’m pretty happy with how it went. I’ll hold what I got for now and just work on refining each individual rep and improving my movement fidelity
