Pomegranate combined with the classic cocktail South Side Rickey is a fruity tropical drink.
Sloth Gin from Switzerland also offers an alcohol-free version of Tropical Gin. This way, everyone can decide whether to mix a cocktail or mocktail. Guess which version we chose and feel free to write it in the comments.
Recipe:
60ml-2oz TROPICAL GIN @slothgin
45ml-1.5oz POMEGRANATE JUICE
15ml-0.5oz LIME JUICE
15ml-0.5oz AGAVE SYRUP
6 MINT LEAVES
to top SODA WATER
Slap your mint. Shake first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice filled highball glass. Top up with soda water. Stir briefly and enjoy.
Cheers!
