NEXT LEVEL MARGARITA

This is the best Margarita Cocktail I’ve ever had. It would taste even better if I had the beach in front of my bar and could breathe in the salty sea air.

If you’ve never tried oleo saccharum, I can only advise you to do it as soon as possible. It takes your cocktails to a whole new level of flavor, and it doesn’t require much effort, to be honest.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz TEQUILA of your choice
30ml-1oz ORANGE LIQUEUR
30ml-1oz OLEO SACCHARUM
30ml-1oz FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
1 dash MEZCAL

Shake all ingredients with with ice and strain into ice filled and chili salt rimmed rocks glass.

Atomize mezcal over your drink and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
