Troy police search for suspect who exposed himself near a school

The Troy Police Department needs all of us to be its eyes and ears, as they are looking for a man who was lurking near an elementary school with crude intentions.  It’s case indecent exposure. This time, a parent was his prey.  A mother was picking up her child from school when she witnessed something disgusting and gross, not to mention criminal.
