NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

The forecast picture for the next couple of days are going to depend on where a stationary front sets up. The farther north it parks, the better our chances of rain. Either way, we will see just a chance of a few scattered sprinkles or showers, but most of the day should be okay during the daytime hours. Highs will be in the lower-70s, though cooler lakeside. Tonight, we'll have to see what develops around that stationary front and see if it can overcome some dry air in place. So again, we'll have the chance of a few scattered showers or sprinkles. Lows will be in the mid-50s. Any possible leftover shower or T'storm from Friday night, may hold on a bit into Saturday morning, but then the clouds will slowly decrease into the afternoon. Highs Saturday will be in the low-70s, though cooler lakeside with gusty E winds. Saturday night looks dry at the moment, but if that front works north any farther, we'd have to put in the chance of a shower. Sunday is looking dry at the moment with highs in the low-70s. Chances of showers and T'storms increase once again Monday evening into part of Tuesday. There is not hot & humid weather in the forecast.
