While my trading model is ICT's Charter Model #12, in this video I use ICT's COT concepts to begin looking at what the Commercials (Smart Money) are doing to help determine a higher time frame bias for the week ahead in Gold (GC) and Oil (CL).

I will be providing new updates along the way.
