Sabbath Celebration 10-26-24 Family Is Important - Holy Spirit Is The Breath And Life Of The Church

Today's readings were Malachi 4 and Acts 5:1-11. In Malachi 4, the day is coming when all the arrogant and evildoers will be set ablaze and righteousness shall rise. The two final verses, show the importance for the hearts of father and children to turn to each other lest God smites the land with a curse. In Acts 5:1-11, we hear the story of a husband and wife dying for lying to the Holy Spirit. Our focus was on the Holy Spirit's roll in the church.
