When I went to get the neti pot, the video pause did not work, so I apologise for that delay. In this video I share the home and Ayurveda remedies I use for sinusitis, congestion, varicose veins and lower leg discoloration. I ommited to provide information how to use the garlic oil: Place 6 drops or more of the oil you have purchased or made yourself (I will be happy to provide that information), in a teaspoon, heat slightly so that it is warm. Tilt you head. place the drops (using a dropper) in your ear. Massage slightly, place cotton wool in your ear orifice to prevent leakage. Clean up the ear. I do this early in the day, but can be done before going to bed, however, place a towel on your pillow to avoid staining. For full instructions do your own research, or contact me.
