BREAKING: Putin Again Offers Ukraine BENEFICIAL Peace Negotiations, Based On Istanbul Agreements.

Now that Russia clearly has the upper hand on the battle field, Putin once again offers to negotiate peace based on the sabotaged Istanbul Agreements of 2022. This is quite a surprise mainly because the draft agreement that we know about is so beneficial to Ukraine. Is this an olive branch from Mr. Putin to Mr. Zelensky to finally come around and agree to actual negotiations?
