The Gov't moves very slowly. Red tape, the recent social security hack. here is what we know. 20 year old outsmarts the Feds. 140-yard shot, Secret Services(SS) not communicating with the local LEO. No SS command post, and no radio communication with SS. On the same day, Jill Biden's detail had 12 SS agents, and Trump's detail had 4 agents. LEO could not locate the shooter before the incident. The shooter used a ladder, the shooter had a range finder, and the shooter used a drone hours before the event at the site. Why did the Trump SS detail submit a request for more resources for 3 plus years 47 times, with no response? Going forward what is needed?
