Suspect in Woodlawn bank robbery and shooting faces murder charge in West Virginia

The man charged with robbing a Woodlawn bank and shooting a bystander as he fled is facing a murder charge in West Virginia, prosecutors said in court here Friday. A Hamilton County judge also cited the murder charge in setting a high bond of $1.52 million for Daimeyon Smith, 35, of Dunbar, West Virginia.Smith is wanted in Kanawha County, West Virginia, in the May killing of Tanisha Hariston, 29, of Charleston.
