Day 26 - Knew Body Experience
Jesus showed us the way and the world has followed the words of truth from him.
Before the Words, There are lots of clues that have been left for us in how we position our body to bring in A charge of Christ Energy
The Crucifixion of Jesus Christ is an image that has been embedded into the minds of many people in the World.
When we look at this position as a sign to copy Christ. Christ rises up in us each day, so let us maximise every bit of space within our body so The entire body experiences the eternal bliss
Stretching in a lengthened position will help the body re-set, untangle and rest.
Our body is made up with so many tissues. Internally there are cables and wires interconnecting with every part of the body. It is one big connecting web.
We are electricity beings - light beings, and when we untangle our wires, we experience the body in a knew way.
How often do you have your hands above your head?
This is our highest position and a place that our arms go when we celebrate and jump for joy.
From this position the entire tissues of the body then hang down, and we are able to feel the body untangling its self. It also feels great to take our body through its full range and let God do the rest
It is like taking an old car out for a drive just to keep the battery going, this is the same for our tissues of the body. They need charging up through movement.
As you become aware of these movements, feel how the tissues and muscles role around the bones when fixed in a certain position.
Downward Dog in Yoga is a great example of allowing our soul to experience upside down, as well as releasing energy throughout the rear lines of the body. Lower Back, calves, thighs, arms, shoulders, wrists and ankles.
Folding over is another great way to take pressure off the body as well as allowing the tissues to fall into place.
Our Wrists/Forearms hold lots of tension because of our grip over the years. Think about how less often our arms get above the head allowing which would allow blood-flow down through the forearms as they let go?
At the other end of our body, our ankle is like the Anchor. Holding down the Calf
Imagine The Calf as the Child and the Ankle is the Mother, holding on.
As we we free up the calf, our entire body opens up and it will allow us to Know Thigh Self.
We will cover these movements in the workshop.
When you are next laying in bed, reach out the arms in Crucifix or Star position and lengthen. Bring awareness to the flow and direction of the energy.
