Elite Dangerous Server balancing for Powerplay V2 - what are they Tweaking?

💥 OCTOBER 29TH is Elite Dangerous Ascendancy day! FDEV have been balancing the test servers - but what have they changed?

FDEV are rebalancing the Powerplay v2 / Elite Dangerous Ascendancy servers based on feedback and telemetry
Deactivated Powerplay Hunters
Reduced Non-Powerplay Hunters spawn frequency, and they now have limited attempts to spawn
Prevented spawning of aggressive Power AI at Engineering bases
Reduced the probability of higher end ships spawning for Power security forces
Reduced the range at which Power security force can detect you for a scan
Reduced the percentage of Power AI that are hostile to the system at certain locations
Slightly reduced the maximum amount of Power AI spawning in at certain locations
Reduced the likelihood of intercepting Power ships to spawn in supercruise
Reduced the chance that Power AI in supercruise will attempt to intercept players
Fixed a crash encountered when dropping into locations with a specific combination of Power, Powerplay State & Customisation applied
The Mandalay wings now have appropriate physics
