Landlord Verbiage Do’s and Don’ts

As I’m evaluating the practices and advice given by some of the landlord advice channels on YT, I’m noticing lots of things being taught that, frankly if we ever did these things at the large national Real Estate Management organizations , we’d be smacked upside the head for doing those things.

My Residential Property Management experience derives from the large statewide and national Property management companies, where training and education is paramount in their operations. My landlord training courses, found at www.Jppropertyconsulting.com, bring all that education and training from the large companies over to the small private landlord or small management company who may not ever get the opportunity to receive this information, which is only taught at the large company level. In this video, I go over many things that I’m seeing small landlords do and say in their advertising and conversations with tenants and potential tenants, that we are taught to NEVER do.
