In this video, I’ll show you how I made a custom insert plate for my table saw with just a few simple tools! After finding screws and nails inside my saw, I knew it was time to create a solution. Using some scrap hardwood and a router, I crafted an insert that fits perfectly and keeps everything running smoothly. I walk through every step—from cutting and routing the wood to fitting it around screws and carving the notch. Don’t miss the helpful tips along the way!
