TN Law Prohibiting Transgender Surgery, Puberty Blockers for Minors Going Before Supreme Court

Tennessee State Majority Leader Jack Johnson joins Michael Patrick Leahy to share details of a bill he has taken part in writing, which prohibits minors from receiving transgender surgeries or being prescribed puberty blockers, and which is appearing before the United States Supreme Court as result of a complaint filed by the ACLU of Tennessee, as well as the Biden-Harris administration.
