Nico has been involved in martial arts and fitness for over 17 years and has dedicated his life to learning martial arts and teaching, teaching continuously since the age of just 18, training thousands of people changing many life’s for the better.

Over the last decade he has trained many champions and fighters in MMA, BJJ and KB under the notorious fight team BMA Halifax; personal trained a multitude of professional athletes to high profile clients. Martial artists from South Africa, Poland, Ireland and Scotland have visited Nico’s academy.

He has worked as the head MMA trainer of several renowned academies and worked in some of the largest fitness gyms in the UK. Nico founded his martial arts club and system “BMA” meaning – Bajerski martial arts in 2011, with growing affiliated branches. He holds and black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kick boxing and has competed in MMA, Muay Thai, k1 and elite levels in BJJ and NoGi. He has worked with some of the best coaches in the world in there independent fields. Nico took naturally to being a coach and alway put being a coach before a fighter; he is now focused on his work as an elite level coach.
