“Reproach yourself. How do you do it? It's very simple. Your conscience will immediately begin to speak, and will straightway convict you, if you're attentive to yourself. All that's left for you to do is to agree with the voice of your conscience that you did something bad, or thought something bad, and humbly turn to God with a prayer for forgiveness.
