For twenty-three years I wore a badge to work at maximum and super-max prisons in two states, including a couple of years as an Educator on Death Row at Riverbend in Nashville. The most extraordinary women I have ever met ran the extremely difficult gauntlet in order to work right beside us, nothing different, no slack at all {they’d have it no other way!}, no deference to their XX rated Female chromosomes.

To see these women in action is to have a new understanding of human capability. Our internal fantasies, however, were our own little secrets we males never shared, even with each other. Cross that Rubicon on the job and mayhem would result.
