Israeli soldier forces tied up Palestinian detainees to listen to Torah reading.

A video shared on a Telegram account appears to show an Israeli soldier sitting on a chair and reading the Torah to blindfolded Palestinian detainees.
The clip, which shows three Palestinians facing the ground with their hands tied behind their backs, has sparked outrage on social media.
