The 14th Annual "Cars In The Park" Car Show - October 19th, 2024

After I finished up at the Cars & Coffee "Trunk Or Treat" at the Kansas City Auto Museum, I headed out on a drive to the Theater In The Park at Shawnee Mission Park in Shawnee, Kansas for the 14th Annual "Cars In The Park" Car Show. This event is a fundraiser for the JCPRD Special Populations & Special Olympics programs ( JCPRD.com\296\Special-Olympics ). The car show went from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the turnout was great. The temperature got up to about mid 80's, so it was a wonder warm Fall day for the event.

The car show included classics, hotrods, European sports cars, exotic rides, motorcycles, and trucks. After soaking up the cars and sun for a few hours, I had to leave to go vote.
