Owen County Indiana UDO Meeting. Part #5

The people of Owen county Indiana come out en masse to oppose the counties proposed "UDO", or "Unified Development Ordinance". The highly controversial zoning/planning ordinance contains over-reaching, and Liberty threatening ideas, such as limiting a homeowner to 1000 Sq. Ft. Of land per chicken & other ridiculous rules. The town of Spencer paid an outside source over $80,000 in tax payer money for this and no one wants it.
