Owen County Indiana UDO meeting. Part #3

The people of Owen county Indiana come out en masse to oppose the counties proposed "UDO", or "Unified Development Ordinance". The highly controversial zoning/planning ordinance contains over-reaching, and Liberty threatening ideas, such as limiting a homeowner to 1000 Sq. Ft. Of land per chicken & if you can or can't have a swing set in your back yard, amongst other things.
