The second DLC ( 22nd October 2024 ) will focus on the Lake House, a clandestine research facility on the shores of Cauldron Lake used by the Federal Bureau of Control to study the paranatural effects of the lake and the Dark Presence within.

The expansion is set parallel to the events of the main game and focus on the perspective of Kiran Estevez.
