Is Halloween Christian? (is it ok to give gospel tracts for Halloween?)

Should a Christian pass out gospel tracts on Halloween or just completely avoid this devilish holiday?? The answer is...this is an opened door to witness for Jesus! BUT there are plenty of scriptures that command us not to be involved with the evils of this day. So, don't dress up or take part BUT if someone is knocking on your door....open it and give them the GOSPEL!
