Illegals Are Registered To Vote in America. And Federal Gov. is fighting states, trying to fix this.

America became a third world country with respect to it's voting system since Obama became the US president. The US federal government is preventing the states from trying to fix corrupt system allowing illegal immigrants to vote in US elections. Why?
