Israel ‘absolutely not’ guilty of committing war crimes

Modern War Institute John Spencer says Israel has “absolutely not” been guilty of committing war crimes.
Mr Spencer told Sharri Markson that Israel has been very “discriminate in who it targets”.
“The enemy, only the enemy.”
