I’m breaking down how to do what we at Dance Specific Training call “KICK OUTS”
This is one of a few fundamental moves of the Dance Specific Training system
This move is great for shoulder strength, core stability and endurance.
You will also work a lot on your body control👀
I strongly believe that (almost) all dancers no matter style will benefit from moves like this 🏆
