Pittsburgh Rare Australian Wagyu Ribeye

Today we picked up an Australian Wagyu steak from our local butcher Alpine Steakhouse here in Sarasota, Florida. We decided to cook it in the outdoor kitchen to a perfect Pittsburgh rare. We put just enough sear on it that the inside melted like butter when you ate it. Let me know what you think
