GTA Online Halloween Event The Slashers Event The Psycho Spawns Again

GTA Online (PC) Halloween Event, The Slashers Event The Psycho spawns for me while searching for The Clone Slasher. Trying the complete the weekly challenge to get the Black Creepy Cat Mask and unfortunately this is just a rinse and repeat until he spawns.

You have about a 50% chance of The Clone Slasher spawning in place of the four regular slashers so if you don't get it just keep trying. The easiest areas to cover are those that overlap particularly in the Vinewood Hills where The Clown and The Psycho intersect.

You must be in the lobby for at least 16 minutes before they spawn and they can spawn anywhere in the in game hours of 9PM and 5AM. You must also either be on foot, in car, or on a motorcycle/bike for them to spawn if you are in any flying craft they will not spawn.
