Indiana Jones Shoots the Swordsman: Easy Shot?

In this video, I try to recreate the iconic scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Indiana Jones shoots the swordsman in the streets of Cairo. Not using the sights, essentially shooting from the hip, and at a similar distance, is it an easy shot to make or not?
