ON THE LONG JOURNEY HOME

On The Long Journey Home is a song I've written for my son's Memorial. Adam Degra Cochrane died on July 6, 2024. He'd been in Iraq and sustained latent spinal injury and was suffering from PTSD, along with depression. He was highly accomplished, speaking at least five languages. He was a marksman and a professional IT tech in the area of bank security. He was always helping someone and had a gentle heart and kind soul. I love miss him very much, and know that I will see him again, someday.
