BLADE Cut from 2025 Release Schedule | MARVEL Appears to be Done with it

Marvel made the announcement they are pulling the reboot of Blade starring Mahershala Ali from their November 2025 release schedule with no announced plans when it will be released.

Marvel Studios made the announcement back in 2019 that Blade will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, MCU, following a meeting between Mahershala Ali and Kevin Feige. Since then, the film has gone through several script re-wrights and numerous directors have all dropped out of the project. The budget for the movie has also been said to be the lowest out of any movie within the MCU. With all these setbacks and no clear path moving forward it looks as if Marvel will eventually pull the plug on the project.
