The judge presiding over the inquest into London's 2005 transport bombings says it will hear as much evidence in public as possible.

Speaking at the start of the hearing, she said no decision had yet been reached about whether to consider sensitive intelligence material in secret.

One of the issues to be considered is whether British security services could have prevented the suicide bombings, which killed 52 people.
