Someone in Corpus Christi Texas making delusional and blatant libel & slanderous vids our way so we had to go certify a notarized filing to her clerk & law enforcement to cease & desist & recuse while removing their concerned videos listed below. The actual addressal was as follows:

Dear Denise Matteau,

You do not have an account with us and neither have you purchased any of our products. You have made very slanderous and libelous videos to our name and character which is indeed against the law. Our works are protected under the US Copyright Act Title 21 of the US Code of Federal regulation. Your local Law enforcement has been informed your 'Allegations are Denied' concerning three now five and even six as of me certifying to the clerk your actionable videos you have manufactured towards our company and my duley appointed capacity as agent. Cease & Desist. You have furthurly been reported to the Rumble platform for which your obvuscation, denile of material facts, and blatant graft to irrelevant subjects and matter are ficticious.

Some of the actual fact are within these five links to which she obvuscates. 1st is a relevant case, second a book review, third our producer, writer, director and performance credits thru IMDb, fourthly an abc interview with the same DA reviewing my manuscript in 'gifts', finally a link to five years of research & footwork into North American Musings.

To whom it may concern,
My name is Elizabeth Bergman and I contacted you recently regarding a matter of one Denise Matteau purportedly from your area I noticed posting ficticious and defamatory accusations upon her Rumble account towards my person and character and/or business while simultaneously blaming others for her actions and eluding to some questionable characters within the online community I have never known or even associated.
My history is well documented as a literary visual & performing artistist with some time in the military and workforce in evening & part time studies to which earned me my degree in Art History & Accounting at UCLA in 2015.
It is apparent she is deliberately trying to cause online drama in my and my business's direction as she has now escalated her ficticious and libelous rants in my direction even after contacting you concerning the affair; namely her producing targeted videos of me which I notified you and her person as ficticious.
Now she has escalated her behavior in creating two more videos endeavoring to link my identity to some type of extortion ring.
As I was saying to whom it may concern as I posted to her initial ficticious work in my direction I repeat myself that I am a small business owner of 28 years with a degree in Art History & accounting from the University of California Los Angeles as I am a fifth generation Southern Californian. Nothing more nothing less. It's hard enough babysitting a website while working to retain possible customers and expand our audience without this woman Denise Matteau trying to create unnecessary drama in our direction.
I wish she would cease and desist, Recuse herself, and recognize she is criminally trespassed at this point from my person property and business.
If it please the court, I hereby request Denise Matteau be served the concerned criminal trespass notice via the local Corpus Christi Police & Sheriff on behalf of myself acting as seated and duly appointed agent of the non profit corporation know as Share & Care Society inc. fei# 91-1782110 as well from the protected intellectual property of my person as verified upon the referenced status made under oath this day Monday October 21, 2024 subscribed and sworn to be true & correct to the best of my knowledge under penalty of perjury and the laws of the United States of America.
