During the third trimester of pregnancy, Ayurveda emphasizes specific care to support the mother's physical and emotional well-being, preparing for a smooth, natural delivery. Here are Ayurvedic tips that help ensure the baby’s healthy development and promote a normal delivery:
1. Dietary Care (Ahara)
🍽-Nourishing and Strengthening Foods: In the third trimester, it’s important to eat foods that provide strength and promote tissue growth. Include:
🍽-Milk and Ghee: These are considered essential in Ayurveda during this phase. Ghee, especially, is believed to support lubrication of the tissues and assist in a smooth delivery.
