Idaho4 case: IStock blood on the wall

Well, I found the exact match and pattern of the blood dripping from the wall on the screenshot that somebody took and put it all over the internet and news stations.

Yes, I found it on eye stock and google. the exact pattern of the drippy drip.

I wonder why? was it really that bloody? And it's just a coincidence of the pattern? or is this a stage crime scene and crisis acting?
