◾Daniil Lyashuk, originally from Belarus, formerly had a far-right hooligan background before expressing support for jihadists. In 2014, he arrived in Ukraine where he took on the role of leading the infamous punitive battalion "Tornado". This group carried out brutal attacks against civilians in Lugansk. As a result, Lyashuk was granted Ukrainian citizenship under the name Daniyal Al-Takbir.

He died last year, advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine mourned him on his official twitter account.
