‘CRINKs’: A realist or sensationalized term for a China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea alliance?

The Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, says the presence of North Korean troops on the battlefield in Ukraine would mark a "significant escalation" of Russia's invasion.
