This is PART 2 of the "Conversation with Whitney Welch" on Feb 8, 2022 in which she essentially lays the groundwork for what she does the following week; the termination on Feb. 16, 2022.

This is more of the Whitney Welch style of management which is to fluff up a bad situation with false concern while at the same time doing absolutely nothing to prevent the inevitable destruction of a 'colleagues' career.

Whitney in this video is fully aware that she is never going to do anything to fix this untenable situation. She was apparently also never going to mention that she had been in talks for a while with Sarah Duvall Shields out of Boston, MA to take on the Commercial Sales Manager Role for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

And then there is that calendar invite on Feb. 16, 2022 regarding the Mid-Altantic Region conference call! What was that announcement all about that was going to take place on the morning of Feb. 18, 2022?!

Were there potential liabilities in relocating an entire family to the Mid-Atlantic region that were just too risky to have Mark Adams in place to share Sarah, who would be his new 'boss', about what he had uncovered in Virginia?
