Neighbor spying/attempting to communicate with me.

Although this isn't damning evidence, it's very suspicious when you take my story as a whole. Even more suspicious is you are capable of hearing the very faint audio.
This is when I found out you can see through peoples blinds with Night Vision. My camera is picking up some one from behind a sheet that is covering their window.
This was a test of a cheap $30 mini night vision camera I had. The house I am pointing it at is the house's door I knocked on, smelt strange smoke and is always pitch black over there(no lights on). There is a sheet over the window I am pointing at. I did not expect to get anything. If you look closely you will notice someone standing there slowly moving something across the window as they are trying to communicate with me. This was on October 15th-2023 around 9pm.
